The CRB shall be made up of five members appointed by British Columbia, five members appointed by the Nuu-chah-nulth Central Region Chiefs, and two co-chairs. 
One co-chair shall be appointed by British Columbia and one co-chair shall be appointed by the Central Region Chiefs.
